The article exploring how opium monopoly constructed the economy of Macao in the early 20th century is the highlight of Issue 66 of the Review of Culture.

Issue no. 67 features an unprecedented study based on Portuguese navigation diaries which unveils some mysteries of the establishment of Macao.
