The Atlas of China by Michele Ruggieri, published in Chinese, Portuguese and English, is a part of the “China–EU Year of Intercultural Dialogue” project. The book contains the maps of China and manuscripts by Italian Jesuit Michele Ruggieri, featuring the first-ever Chinese translation of his unpublished manuscripts in Latin. All of these contribute to the book’s value for research on Ruggieri and cultural exchanges between the East and the West.
