The two-storey Museum of Taipa and Coloane History consists of nine different exhibition rooms, video presentation zones and a souvenir shop. The entire ground floor is dedicated to the archaeological findings in Coloane and Taipa. Visitors gain insights into the prehistoric history and cultures of the islands as well as their ancient history through the relics unearthed from the Hac Sa Site, unearthed from the stone architectural remains in the basement of the former Island Council Building.
