As you walk upstairs to the second floor you will see displays of weaponry from the building of former Island Municipal Council on the two sides of the stair landing. Photos of the lives of the inhabitants of Coloane and Taipa in 20^th century are hung on the walls, like a journey into history. The exhibition rooms on the second floor have different themes, including the introduction to contemporary history, native culture, economic changes and social development.
