Artistic Craftsmanship of Our Ancestors - Exhibition of Archaeological Relics of Taipa and Coloane

Five archaeological excavations took place in Hac Sa area of Coloane Island between 1973 and 2006 with findings dated back thousands of years ago. The basement of the building of Islands Municipal Council in Taipa also underwent archaeological excavations during 2004 to 2005. In this exhibition, a collection of findings and relics uncovered from different archaeological excavations over the past 30 years are displayed on the ground floor. Visitors can sense the wisdom of the early inhabitants through the exhibits.
